Can my plan be based from home?Absolutely! Ideally you would want a gym membership due to the variety of equipment available, but I have some awesome clients who have trained only at home with minimal equipment getting awesome results!

Does my level of experience matter?Ideally having some experience with exercise will be beneficial for coaching, however all exercise plans will be sent with in depth video tutorials demonstrating each movement.

Are the meal plans provided and are they restrictive?All plans are based around the feedback you give myself via your client set up form. We will discuss together what’s best for you and create a sustainable plan. I also educate and guide all of my clients to understand a more flexible approach to dieting so it’s more of a lifestyle change.

I’m a very busy person, how many hours per week will I need to train?Your plan will be based around what realistically you can do, but a minimum of 3 hours per week would be ideal.
